Chef Dev Chinta, a celebrated culinary talent with over 30 years of mastery, brings the heart of Mediterranean cuisine to life. With roots in Indian culinary traditions, combined with years of travel exploring global cuisines, his inspiration stems from harmonizing the vibrant flavors of Indo-Mediterranean cuisine with the refined elegance of European gastronomy. Known for his innovative yet authentic signature dishes, his cooking celebrates authenticity while embracing creativity. From reimagining Indian classics with Mediterranean flair to presenting tapas that feel both familiar and new, Chef Dev’s vision is to surprise and delight guests with every bite.
